Corporation Commission has Second Furlough Day

The state Corporation Commission will shutter its offices for a second day Friday as part of its furlough plan. There are six more furlough days scheduled to allow the agency to trim about $800,000 from its budget by not paying 450 employees for those days. The agency has offices in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Bristow, Kingfisher, Duncan and Ada.
